Shari Cohen is a partner at the law firm of Rubenstein Berliner and Shinrod Ms. Cohen has been practicing in the area of Workers’ Compensation for over 25 years. She handles workers’ compensation cases from inception through trial. She has represented Respondent employers in the past, put for several years has focused on representing Petitioners in various courts in New Jersey. She graduated Cum Laude from UCLA in 1990 and received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law school Newark in 1994. She is a New Jersey Supreme Court certified workers’ compensation attorney, a member of the Justice James A. Coleman Workers Compensation Inns of Court, New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Council on Occupational Safety and Health. She is a contributing author to the Lexis/Nexis Guide to New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Law, 2020 edition. Outside of the practice of law, Ms. Cohen has a passion for animals and often brings her two-rescue dog to the office to the joy of staff and clients alike.
